Entry with cupboard and hanging space, South facing open plan lounge/kitchenette area, clic-clac (double sofa bed) French television, plus a large covered balcony.
Overlooking the garden, the loggia is equipped with table and chairs, nobody directly opposit except a magnificent palm tree and ombrella pine-trees.
Kitchen/bar area includes: table, chairs, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wash machine, kettle, toaster, agrum-squeezer etc..., ustensils and crockery. There are also iron & board, vaccum cleaner
The bathroom consists of: bath, shower above, wash unit, toilet. A window to the rear offers a view over the Massif des Maures
Upstairs, the large mezzanine has been divided in two parts for good comfort and privacy.
1) One double bed + Velux, 2) Two single beds + small window. There are bedside tables, chairs and a chest of drawers.
The apartment is well furnished and decorated, high standard quality matresses and pillows. Blankets are supplied but please bring your own sheets and towels.
One private car park and end of stay cleaning are included in our prices, NO EXTRA CHARGES. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday in July/August, flexible rest of the year. Long term renters welcome, discounted rates for winter lets.
